How to install LS6 Intake Manifold Video
For those that break the OPSU... you aren't being careful enough. If you reach your hand behind the intake you can follow the hose from the brake booster and feel where the hose touches the OPSU. As long as you guide that hose over the OPSU, you shouldn't have any problems... I didn't anyway. Also the zip-ties worked flawlessly for me as well to hold the back 4 bolts up.
The biggest slow down I ran into was putting the fuel rails into the ls6... no matter how much pressure I applied they would not "snap in" like the video said. I tried really hard to get them to snap in, but they would not. I used dielectric grease, pushed down the fuel injectors as much as I could, then just bolted them on. Idk so far everything seems fine, so I do not think I did anything wrong. Guess ill let u know if my car burns down.
One thing I forgot to do was plug in the MAP sensor in the back of the intake. I was so busy making sure I didn't pinch the knock sensor wires or anything else back there I totally forgot about that sensor. Luckily I was able to stick my hand back there after it was all done and plug it in without having to have to remove the intake again.
Anyway, to any of those iffy about doing this themselves, if I could do it, you can too.
Thanks for the video it helped a lot.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
The thing is I've been having a lot of computer problems lately and I'm afraid I may have lost the oringinal part 1 and 2 installs. If this is the case, no one will be able to watch this video again as I only had the oringinal and the video uploaded on the net. I get off work tonight at 8pm so I'll get on it as soon as I get home.
