I cannot attest to track times yet, but the fit and finish of the chrs1313 ram air is top notch. I personally switched from the ftra. The install took me about 1.5-2 hours with the ac previously removed.
chris1313 and speedinc are a great group of guys to work with. I have always received great customer service from both.

I just recently put on the Chrs1313 ram air kit on my car. I am experiencing over 100 degree heat with absolutely NO heating issues what so ever. I have the stock t-stat and water pump and just the regular 50/50 mixture of Dex Cool in the radiator topped off as well as the overflow tank to the appropriate level. I believe removing the A/C condenser allows air to travel up and hit more fins of the radiator allowing it to be used more efficiently.
As far as performance goes.. on the highway I am pulling cars by 2+ or more car lengths as compared to when I didn't have the kit installed. All I did was install the Chrs1313 ram air kit and shocked the hell out of a lot of people the next night haha.![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Seriously, look how much this has opened the intake tract for air to come in!! Insane compared to the FTRA, SSRA, which are similarly priced. Also, the black epoxy looks badass!

Anyone have a pic of the one installed with A/C? Not gonna ditch the A/C, even though she has T-Tops and is driven pretty much in nice weather / weekends.
Seriously considering adding to the list for a Friday call to Speed Inc for it.

Earlier in the thread there was mention of getting the "non ac" version to work with the AC condenser still installed, but nothing was ever specified. If anybody can specify what needs to be done to make the non ac version work with ac would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
