I'm just talking about what the car will run. Ik I'm not going to run high 12's driving. I'm just talking about what the car is capable of. So from what I have gathered, anywhere from 12.8 to 13.2 if the DA is like 1200-3000 on an 80 degree day.

Dude... im waiting on my dad... if it was done i would have been there and back a month ago... yes. its bullshit ik and if its my car what am I not driving it for? Beats me... talk to my dad about it. i come home and sit on my *** all night thinking about what my car will run. Im getting very tired of waiting. its all I ever do. waiting for my headers, waiting for my wheels, waiting for my dad to call the guy to get a tune, waiting to turn 16...

Ik those times aren't consistent but you can get a good idea. Maybe not a 5.0 but if Im running 12.9 I bet I could outrun a camaro.

Didn't watch the vids on phone. You could outrun a viper with a crap driver.. I'm assuming the mustang in at least one of the vids ran a full second slower than its capable of and it is obvious.
With an average driver, a 5.0 would pull you a small amount. Above average get walked pretty good, below average tie or beat.

As for the Camaro SS, with the pro driver he managed a 13.2 or something. So if I race a stock ss with a so-so driver, chances are I will beat him if my car will run 12.9 to 13.1 depending on conditions. Thats just me.

i'm still waiting on that 13.5 time slip...
i may be wrong, and i honestly hope i am. but i dont think you have a chance at running 12.9 on your first several trips to the track. but we will see HOPEFULLY. good luck and be safe.

Those are no where near what the cars are capable of for either platform listed. Mag times are usually with an average or slightly above average driver.. Sometimes you will see a below average driver in the mix.

you, in your first several trips to the track i dont think you can can. your car, idk. i guess it has a chance on good rubber. i'm no guru of track times. all i know is my first trip to the track i wanted to run home crying

I hope I can make it to the track anyways. The car is burning so rich and smoking like a SOB. Watch my dad get it at like 13.2 or 13.1 on brand new, not 1 mile on em, michelin street tires then not want to lower the pressure in them to lower my times. I bet he will say "there is nothing else we can do so just be happy with what you got." My dad is that guy :/ Thats why I want the mechanic to drive it.

seriously though, i was launching a m6 on stock goodyears on a poorly prepped track. i had driven manual trans cars/trucks for 9 years but nobody could tell that day.
