What gasket are you guys running that has 1 7/8" primary headers on a LS1?

im running felpro on mine not had any problems have even had the headers off once and reused the gaskets no leaks at all

Ok. I was thinking that the GM gasket wouldn't fit. Is it a certain size/thickness or just order for Ls1?

I bought a Cometic MLS gasket. It completely clears the primary opening. I also went with the Percy split-lock headers bolts.

i bought kooks (haven't installed yet), but they came with header gaskets. are the ones they send any good? i was planing on just using them.

If you don't plan on taking the headers off anytime soon, they'll be fine
