Assuming your EGR is unbolted... unbolt the two bolts on the exh. manifold. Reuse gaskets if necessary. Then put WS6store covers on the holes you just made by removing the lines. Then pull out the air line(there's a clamp on the back of your intake manifold helping to hold that line in place). You're done under the hood. Now crawl under your car (jack it up, I did atleast, the drivers front wheel) and unbolt the two bolts that hold on the little flap infront of the drivers wheel under the bumper. You'll find two bolts holding the pump on. Take it off and unhook(and cover) the connectors. That's it!
