jig: We haven't started on them yet. We had a change of direction for the mean time. I would assume middle to end of next year we will get rolling on them.

slowwssix: Thank you for the business..

304 Stainless. Not sure on the exact gauge. They seem to be 16-18 from what we can tell.

Thanks

Whats everone using for a tunnel brace? With the 3" Y in place, theres no way the tunnel brace is going back on. has to drop at least 2"s. Hangs really low.

I re-used the tunnel brace temporarily by mounting it upside/backwards with only two bolts. Yes it hangs lower, but Ill get the correct mufflex hanger in the spring when the car comes back out.

Just leave the tunnel brace off... we're it mounts to is weak anyway.. if I was working for gm that would have been scraped for cost reduction.. LOL

Look up Muflex hanger it prevents banging and I assume it holds the Y pipe up. I'll prob look into one at some point too but for now I used the band clamp and the original U clamp where the Y connects to the stock exhaust and it tightened it up quite a lot.

Midway through installing the 1 7/8" headers on my car while fighting the flu, just wanted to stop in and say that these fit a hell of a lot better than the pacesetters and SLPs that I've dealt with in the past, literally don't have to move the motor mounts, etc for them to fit. Well built piece, very happy and I haven't even heard them yet.
