You can't do better for the money. Not sure why people buy the direct competition for $100 more. Maybe the wait times or I dunno.[/QUOTE]

Because of the failure to use the search button

You do not have egr and they do not come with block off plates. You won't need them. If you still have air on your car just delete it when you do the headers. It's easy.

Btw still waiting on normal collector 1 7/8 to come in. I need these bad.

What kind of power/torque increases have been Dyno proven with the 1 3/4" race version?

Just out of curiosity sake!

1 7/8in headers had a perfect fit and finish, did have to remove the back 3 studs but only because they are too long. Still have to install the y-pipe. Did a huge overhaul on my z28. Have to wait until this weekend to finsh. Pan gasket and blown pass mount was the reason for all the other upgrades.

parts list:
Speed inc 1 7/8in headers with their 3in stainless y-pipe
Melling 10295 oil pump
ls2 timing chain
Improved Racing crank scraper
poly motor mounts (pass side clamshell was hitting the pedestal)
pan gasket (only reason i did the scraper cause pan gasket was shot)
timing cover gasket and crank seal
water pump & gaskets
oil level sensor (cause i stepped on it in the middle of the night while working until 4am)

Anyone with dyno sheets before and after. Speed Engineering?

I've searched the forum, county records, and jail logs, with no evidence anywhere to be found. LOL

Install looks good. C5 headers I am sure will be down the road, but nothing in the works at the moment. Still haven't heard anything on the 1 7/8".

Thanks
Sean

I'll be ordering a set as soon as they arrive. Should I call and place my order to ensure I get the old style collector?
