Soloman369's car looks like it has great clearance while others are really low. Maybe there are there some bad QC issues?

My car is also on a pro kit with qa1 sa shocks in back and bilestins hd in front. I figured stock height would have hella clearance

Well I got the car to my work & on a lift. Got the exhaust tucked up slightly more then it was in my video.. still hangs pretty low but I made it up my driveway without scraping so I guess it's not the end of the world lol.[/QUOTE]

I ended up taking mine to a local muffler shop. They actually re-positioned a lot of the pipes and only used 1 bolt (instead of 2) on the bracket that sits between the two pipes that go over the axle. What this did, is allow the pipes to stay the necessary distance apart, but also allow them to re-position the pipes without being forced to use the 2 holes provided by Speed Engineering. They also SLIGHTLY flattened the pipe after the driver's side header, just to give me a little more room.

When I got home, I put a piece of rubber hose on the panhard bar relocation bar, to help deadened the sound SHOULD the driver's side pipe touch the bar.

No rattles now, but pipes before the axle still are my lowest point. See in picture.

I will say, even though mine is very low just before the axle, I haven't seem to scrape too much. My car is lowered with BMR springs 1.25". I am pretty happy with system overall.

I'm really diggin the sound, but I can't give up any more clearance... my tunnel brace scrapes pretty bad as it is. I'd rub a hole in this setup within a month.

The pipe slopes down after the X pipe to follow the floor boards. I'm think<-- if we cut and weld it as it starts up to the axle then that would bring the pipes up higher and tighter to the body giving us more ground clearance.
It's a killer system it just needs a little help.

I went a head and bought SE's Y pipe and hooked my old Borla back up, that way I still drive and enjoy my car until I figure out how to work with this exhaust.
