Please help me discover A random noise please?
In october i installed some kooks lt's and catted mids alond with a corsa exhaust. Since then i have heard a chatter that is getting louder and more noticable every day and for the life of me cannot find it. It sounds like a chatter or rattle potentialy off of the header on the passenger side but i have checked and nothing seems to be close enough or have any flex to rattle off of it. I thought it was the heat shield on the starter so i removed it and its still there. I also found a trans line that was near it so i moved that a little farther away. Any ideas please help and this is an 05 gto if that makes a difference.

If you are using band clamps you may want to go and
retighten them all just for yucks. They conform to the
pipe after a while and can become looser than when
first installed.
I also had one plug-bolt back out of my rear O2 bung
in the Y-pipe and rattle (never fell out, but was wobbly
loose).

You might get under and rap the pipe with a soft mallet, listen
for a clinker inside the pipe or something else that follows from
the initial "blip".
A regular tick could be an exhaust leak. See if it gets louder
when you load up the motor. Maybe listen up by the motor
with a tube, like stethoscope, see if it's just needing header
bolts retightened. The noise growing louder seems not so
much like a crud-inside or plain interference problem. But
gaps, cracks, holes can expand.
