It's pretty simple...drain coolant at bottom of radiator (drain plug), remove throttlebody and air intake, remove hoses from pump, pull old pump off, install new pump with new gasket, reinstall everything and refill radiator.

Those two posts covered it. Just an issue of taking **** off and putting **** on. When reinstalling the Water Pump, there is one bolt IIRC on the driver's side that must go on right away, because if you tighten the others, you wont be able to get it on. It's hard to explain but if you're looking at it it makes sense.

EDIT: The bottom-right most bolt in this pic is the one... http://www.ls1howto.com/howto/fbody/...ewaterpump.jpg

This article is useful. http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=23

Ls1howto.com was a virtual bible for me when it came to swaping my heads and cam seeing how anything beyond swaping a TB was over my head.

I only wish they'd include more write ups as it hasn't had any new how-to's in a while...
