5800ish, which I'm completely happy with. Prefer the low end and not revving high.

Dyno shows earlier than 5800, but hey you got the printout. I did not say this is bad, it must have early IVC.

It all good. It right near that point. Think I set shift light at 5800. I will go on another dyno for numbers eventually. Think it my combination of parts. No issues. Only fighting the 1" short driveshaft and leaking trans now to really enjoy. Probay have a little over 1,000 miles on the new cam.

Mark,

It has a 40.5 IVC event@.050". 65.5@.006". Normally this camshaft has been peaking at 6000-6200rpm with stock CSA and port volumes with 241 and 243 heads. With 220cc-230cc port volumes I've been seeing 6200-6400rpm peak. From the graphs I've seen James Dyno Dynamics and other loaded dynos have shown to produce a lower peak hp rpm than a dyno jet. James has a camshaft in his personal car that is nearly identical to my SNS Stage 3 camshaft that has a 46.5@.050" IVC event and on our Dyno Jet and other Dyno Jets this cam peaks at 6200-6400rpm with stock port volume 241/243 heads. On James dyno with 225cc TEA 243 head it's peaking at 6200rpm!

I think the load cell accounts for the early RPM peak along with how the load is being placed on the rollers. This is just a theory, but it seems to be the case.

I would honestly set the shift light much higher than that. I'd try for 6200-6400rpm. Car will be much faster that way.

Didn't yours make 450 on that Mustang Dyno as well? And then later on 460+ on a dyno jet?

No doubt man! Yeah it was nice meeting you as well! It should be back together in the next couple of weeks. I'm still debating on weather to get the Timing Tuner, a progressive, or HP Tuners pro. I would like to drive the car on a good motor tune, then put in some #9 plugs and a nitrous tune and tear the track up! But yeah man I cant wait to hear and see how the cam performs! I'm sure I will have a big ear to ear grin!

Ok cool and what kind of 36 lbs/hr injectors you recommend and which ati pulley you think i need?

That's affirmative! It made a whopping 461RWHP and 435RWTQ on the Dyno Jet. I wasn't showing those graphs for numbers; as you can see all dyno's are not created equal and definitely will not give the same readings. I posted those to show the 6400RPM peak!! That's whats insane, pushing it that high in the rev range and it still pulling the way it does is what truly makes that SNS Stage 2 cam ridiculous!!! I've felt it a hundred times, and believe me I'll feel it a hundred more, yet I'm so unprepared for the wrath it brings every time. SO FUN!!!

So for that Martin, we thank you.

I can't wait to see what you can do with it. I would honestly spring for the HP tuners Pro Suite so you don't have to depend on ANYONE to follow you to the track, log your passes, change timing for you etc. etc. etc. etc. You can also use timing as your traction control as well like you would with a progressive. All in one!

Fuel Injector Connection is the place we use for all of our injector needs. We can or they can get you hooked up.

That's freaking awesome that a 225cc cylinder head with a 227/235 duration cam can make 435ft. lbs. of torque!!! That is just awesome! The torque your set-up makes down low is just plain ridiculous.

Martin, 2 questions:

1) You said my cam will come directly from Comp, will I get a tracking # or order update from you or Comp?

2) With the Polluter 3 will I need to up my fuel injectors/fuel pump? Currently have the 98' stock 28lb injectors.

When I ordered my cam I got a tracking number when it left Comp.

I ran heads and cam on stock pump and injectors. They were high in duty cycle but it ran. It would be something to consider swapping out, running stock fuel parts with performance parts either delays the inevitable where they burn out, or hinders you full potential cause it maxes out.

It will come from us!

We've done them with stock pumps and injectors as long as they were 28lbs./hr. You will be in the mid to high 90% duty cycle range.

I recommend a racetronix pump kit with hotwire harness and 42lb injectors though.
