What to go with? split between 3 cams.
FM13 (230/232 .591/.585 112LSA 110ICL)
TR236 (236/230 .599/.575 112lsa)
MTI R1(232/236 575/578 114lsa)
Looking for well over 400rwhp on stock heads with good power under
the curve(mostly street driven car). Also considering nitrous and a good
set of heads(AFR's?) in the future.Any other cam suggestions are welcomed.
I would like to keep from notching pistons if possible.

.
T-Rex ....
I am switching from the exact same cam you have to the t-rex. I will also be spraying it as well.
You have pretty close to the identical numbers I have with the 224 cam, so my results with the t-rex should theoretically be pretty similar to what you would achieve. I will let you know what goes down when I get it installed.

Notice he said "mostly street driven car," and wants good area under the curve. I don't think the T-Rex really fits those requirements.
Sorry, I can't adivse on the three cams your interested in. They all seem to be proven. I am very happy in my switch from a TR 224 to my FM11 though.

What are the specs on the FM11? I've also been tossing around the idea of upgrading to a bigger cam. Have you considered the TSP 228R cam? I think the specs are 228/228 .588"/.588" 112lsa. Might not be worth the hassle for the power difference though.

from the three you have listed, I would go with the FM13. It has the most aggressive lobes and IMO is the best listed for a daily driver. It will make better torque at lower RPM than the other two. And that R1 on a 114... what would that peak at like 7000??? But, like Krab said, the 228R is a good choice as well.
