Unfortunately, these types of experiences are becoming more n more typical. Thats why the guys who can do everything themselves come out ahead. Less we need to rely on other humans, aka professionals, the better off we are. Some of these jerk offs take the fun right out of the hobby. There is 0 reasons for not an ounce of progress in over a yr. Screwthem, take your car outta there n never look back. In hindsite, your prolly way better off they did not accomplish anything. Imagine them being halfway thru it and having to go thru this still?!?!

I’m in the same boat for a cage in my car. It sucks not being able to do this kind of work myself. It’s literally the only thing in my car I haven’t built myself. Its the last thing I need to get my car in the road and enjoy. Like you said just kills the excitement and fun

All of this crap lately, makes me wish ls1tech had a sh!tlist. A section we could pin these companies to for shady business practices/dealings. I ll be adding Callies to my list for 2021. I ll update my own thread with more bad news in a couple days.
