TEA trick flow 225 heads came today....
Look pretty sweet except for the mashed corner that ups put in one of the heads.
they are 58cc-12:1 cr, 225's and are going to swap out my lingenfelter stageIII heads that i am currently running they made 493 rwp N/A. I should have some dyno numbers for the Trick Flows with no changes other than the heads (and obviously some tuning adjustments) by the end of next week!!!

Can you say "Blown Headgasket" That sucks, I wish tose stupid neanderthals would be a little more careful with people's stuff. It's not so muchg the drivers as it is the guys who load the trucks. My buddy had a job loading trucks, and he and his friends would normally show up to work drunk since they went it for 3A.M shifts. Anyhow, looks like TEA did a great job as usual. Hope they flow better than the old heads. If you don't mind telling, how much did you pay for them?

as long as the tip of that corner is filed flat, the head should still be fine, it's on teh outer most edge, I don't think that ti would cause a problem as long as it's hit with a file before you try to install them.... leaving it will definately be a problem.
Ups's loaders are a good part of teh problem, but I think stuff like this is commonly underpacked too, I don't know how they were packaged, but if they were in a dense foam mold inside a box, this probably wouldn't have happened.... the blame is really on both sides. Packaging like I am talking abotu is expensive, but worth while, we have them made for our stuff @ my work and we never have a problem with damage, unless they drive over it with a truck, which has happpened too, but in that case anything is gonna get broke.

The ding on the corner is nothing to worry about. Just file it flat going away from the deck so you don't scratch the deck. Don't forget the corners usually just hang in the air anyways, about .040-.050" depepnding on your head gasket thickness.

My ETPs showed up with 3 bent corners! One was .045" over the deck! I filed them flat in the manner Sled described. I wanted to send them back because $2500 heads should look like a piece of jewelery IMO but they are hard to come by and I want to get the thing back together. Let us know what the new numbers are!

Is this on a stock shortblock? What is the displacement?
What is your redline set at?
Those dyno numbers are thru full exhaust with cats?
Your numbers so far are incredible. Curious how these new heads do. They are flowing near LS7 head territory. Great exhaust numbers as mentioned. Only potential bottleneck is the FAST 90 intake.
