Default Anyone milled L92's and what cam on LS2

I have a set of L92's I am putting on a stock LS2 shortblock. I'm planning on milling the heads .030 to bump compression and am wondering if anyone has done this? What cam duration and lift will clear the stock pistons with this setup?

I have a set milled .040 which took the heads to 63.8 cc. Need a week or so to check PtoV.

Do you guys have any fitment issues with your heads being milled?

I have a 244/250 - .596/.596 - 112 cam, and on STOCK UNmilled heads, my machinist said they could be milled .020 and be ok.
