All I can say is:

DAMN!!!!!!!

This is going to be crazy fun. 420 or so RWT at 2200RPM.... It was insane with 380 at 2200 on the 403.

BTW: Ed tells me he's got it idling at 800RPM if that tells you anything about the smallness of the cam.

Ed and Shawn tell me they may not be done quite yet..

Working on the tip in. Cracking the throttle and trying to slip the clutch, it wants to jump off the rollers.

I've already calmed it down a bunch though.

Gotta thank Nick Williams for an awesome, HUGE throttle body!!

Got the idle down to 800, but it seems smoothest at 850. Might leave it there.

Work on it more tomorrow.

4 or 5 pulls, and it made this with ease.

Edit: Run 12 was the best on the old motor.

Well I guess there is something to be said about a small cam and a set of heads that flow like crazy !!!

Great job to everyone involved!
Shawn on the labor intensive build
Ed the tuning wizard
Richard for the heads
and last but not least,
Kevin on paying for it !!!

Sure is fun spending money isn't it Kevin.

BTW, looks my guess was off 8 rwhp and 9 rwtq. Sorry for not having more faith

Thats completely amazing! Kudos to all involved in this build.

What do you think the approximate cost would be on a motor like this?

Excellent job Shawn and Ed! You guys have blazed a real trail here. It's very gratifying to work with pro's like you.
Kevin, all I can say is...........be careful! The torque under the curve is incredibly stout. Hope ya got a get outa jail free card and an open account at Tire Rack

Congrats on a very successful winter project.

Very good all around power! Figured it would lose more from engine to chassis dyno. Congrats on the power!

I guess you missed the reading comprehension class. There's a whole lot more than a H/C swap in this thread and my PM's say people still find it very interesting and informative.

Don't mind him Kevin. Its very nice seeing a sizable investment pay off with more then you could have expected.
