Fantastic.....great service folks! FEDEX returned my Brembo's to sender...undeliverable/unscannable! WTF

Bri....all squared away w/customer service! Your shipping dept recalled them after you sent out the wrong rotors! Apparently, the second replacement shipment had slotted/drilled NOT slotted as ordered. I was not aware of this until today after the explanation.
Yes, this repetition of blunders has me concerned, and I was assured they will be re-shipped today in proper condition, as ordered. Let us hope the third time is a charm.

Wow, just got off the phone with WDP again to check the status of my order that I placed on Mar 7. turns out that they're going to ship it out today!
Furthermore, my order isnt even correct! I ordered C5 front rotors & F-body rear rotors, after not hearing from them for about a week I decided to call them. it turns out that they had me down for a full set of C5 rotors, and would correct my order and ship them out by the 16th.

I ordered mine on the 28th of April and got them yesyerday, but I had a disconnect with my wife palcing the order and screwing up something with payment. They thought I was picking up the rotors for some reason, and did not ship them. Oh well, she is a hooter's girl, I did not marry her for her car parts ordering capabilities!
Chalk me up as a satisfied customer!
