I'm runnin 13.811 @100.96 with no track prep or "free Mods" whatsoever, we have another guy runnin 13.766 @101.30 with minimal prep (D/S H/L removed, air pressure up in rear removal of mats/trunk equip & 1/8 tank of fuel) what are you guys with the Impala runnin?? If any of you exist!!

Im runnin about 3805lbs. and ran 1/2 tank at the time, 30psi all around and I didn't touch a thing, except holding 2nd till the very end, tricky because we're right at the redline in 2nd through the traps, on that run I bounced off the limiter, probably right at or beyond the traps (I hope

my car wieghed in at 3550.....without me in it.... this was minus crap in the trunk and about 1/8th of a tank of gas
I never did get back to the track.... this season, next year should be real fun, but my GTP will be back up and running and it should go 11's all day long, and I don't want do much to this car since its my everday car

Auto?? I was hangin out with an 05 Stang Manual and he was 13.5, best he said of 13.4 @105...He had a programmer, CAI, exhaust but said stock n now are still within a tenth or two??

his best time is only 14.4

1st time I ran, I had a full, FULL tank of rotten 87 oct gas (3 gallons were 93, I almost lost it on the gas attendant, N.J. no self serve) and let it shift itself, 2k on it and ran a 14.4 @ 94+ 2.3+ 60'....HORRIBLE... By the next night I had mastered the track and pulled a 13.905 & 13.811 both over 100 and 2 other runs over 100, 14.0 & 14.1 (TMS system disrupted the hole shot)..
Make sure you turn off the trac, leave it in 2nd till right at the trap then bump it into 3rd...Also the Hole shot...need to leave 1/8 throttle and slowly lower the hammer, I was taught a technique that you say the word Hippopotamus while you floor it, if you time it right you can prob eat me, starting off 50lbs lighter and do whatever track prep, I did none and still hit 13.81!!! Good luck bro, let us know ASAP, hope your waiting till at least 1k though, I heard these cars run real rich for the first 4k to help with the extended mild break in they don't even tell you about, also I heard the trans computer will loosen up after that 4k as well...ONLY GETS FASTER!!!
