This is an awesome mod.....the best part is us Z28 hoods dont have to change the hood to gain its enhancements. I like the Z28 hood. Altho the SS has grown on me some...its unavailable OEM makes me not want to buy it. But with this WHO CARES@!!!
I swore I would not make engine modz this time around....but damm......temptation.

Can we or can we not use the stock radiator mount?
Whats the other link that works?

If you want to spend the money on the carbon fiber it is for the look but not really the performance aspect

Hey I know this is an old thread but I've been searching and searching and this post was the only one I've found showing a sunoco hood with the ls1 lid. I did an ls1 swap into my 94 camaro so I'm looking to go with the ls1 air lid but I don't want to cut the radiator support like I've seen some do. slckstr96 what sunoco hood is that vfn skinny or wide? And is it 3 inch? Also other than cutting the hood did you have to do anything else to make the ls1 air lid work?
