Default Crossover tube washers

I trashed one of the washers on the crossover tube. I thought they were copper washers but mine had a rubber inner ring and metal outer ring like the washers on the ac commpressor. what should i use to replace them?

You can get replacements from GM, don't know the part number off hand.

Or you can do what I do and go to Autozone and look at the oil drian plug rack. You'll find washers (metal outside, rubber inside) that look very similar to what you need. Take one of the old washers in to match up the closest size and you're good to go. Just remember you need 2 per side, 4 total.

I used what you said they looked like. A/C washers, a bunch of local guys use them without issue.if these go I'm making my own tube out of brass fitting screwed straight into the heads themselves. Another member used to make them out of an fittings and lines, but I can't remember who it was anymore.

Any rubber lined metal washer of the right size will get the job done. Just make sure the banjo bolts are cleaned up well (I had to use a wire wheel because they were pretty gunked up) and tighten them tight, without going to crazy of course.

so there is suppose to be on mating the head surface to the pipe's end, and other mating the pipes end to the banjo bolt?
therefor making it "washer/pipe end/washer/ bolt"
