OH YEE OF LITTLE FAITH!!!!
FINALLY I got my rings in from Summit and got the rotating assembly back from the balancer!!
I stuck the crank in tonight and torqued it all down.... Spins NICE!! I took a short video of me spinning it... No tight spots at all I am really happy with it
Just some turbo Junk!
Need_a_Camaro on here welded the V bands on for me and Ceramic coated them!!! Gave me an AWESOME price and GREAT work hit him up if anyone need a truck manifold turbo setup!!
OBX Godzilla BOV 44mm...... Going with a Turbo Smart Gate
Truck mani Hotside.... Still got to do a little clean up on it but for how cheap I got it I don't mind sweating over it for a little bit!!
And during all of this I had to get new tires for my truck so I upgraded!

Any progress within the past few days? By the way, I love your Avalanche. Looks nice. I like that you don't have the plastic molding crap on the lower half of it. I had one and it rusted the sides of my doors because it trapped the water.
How much did the wheels and tires run you? They really make it stand out.

I am buttoning up the bottom end today and hope to drop it in the car next weekend...
Thanks I love the avalanche too! I got the wheels for a deal from a guy that was retired and used his Avy to pull a camper... He didn't want 22"s on it so I offered him 800 bucks and he said sure... So 800 for wheels, Like new tires and lug nuts!

interesting build. I read through it rather quickly. The spun bearing issue concerns me since I'm dropping in a used bottom end myself.
Difference is if mine spins a bearing, I won't have the dough to re-do it like you're doing. I'll probably sell the car as a roller and cut my losses.
Awesome work tho man, keep it up! Can't wait to see the numbers/times this thing puts out.

Thanks Bud!! I am working on it.. Still have not had much free time.. I am off this week and I picked up a tile job for some extra play money so still running like crazy... Then Back to the Operating Room on Monady...its a viscious cycle...lol
