1995 T/a Full interior , frame ties 355 gear on a stock 10 bolt with a girdle mickey et streets and skinnys 383 4 bolt main with 195 cc afr heads ram air with a lt4 intake and je pistons eagle crank deltech system just alittle curious to see what people have to say i know the stock 10 bolt has to go i thinking of a moser 12 with a spool so what times guys

well with that cam it's deffinately not going to run as fast as your probably hoping it to run.

what is a progressive 4000 stall? lol

I would say 12.0 maybe an 11.80 in the right conditions.

You spent a buncha money on a 383 build but didn't spend the money for a good cam....

Would have been better with a 350 and good h/c/i...

With those gears and that rearend your sixty is going to kill you. The motor combination isn't ideal either, nice heads just no cam to use them. There are some areas of 'opportunity' in your setup. Caprice is right in what he usually says, just doesn't say it in the best way sometimes..ha.

Im guessing 8.50ish 1/8th mile.

Wtf is wrong with people. What a waste of time and money on a good engine lol. I agree, dont even take it to the track just do some burnouts for your friends and call it fast!

People are way to eager to just start buying parts and jump on the "Bro I got a 383 Stroker so it's gotta be fast" bandwagon. When in reality, a properly chosen cam on stock heads would probably perform better than their crap pot of random mismatched parts.
