Default Who has the fastest stock internals record? and what is it?

who has the stock internal record and what is it currently?.... basicly bolt ons only with a power adder and weight reduction....

maybe if i ever come close to the bolt on only record or get it (11.80) i'll strap on a 200 shot and run it until it breaks

Search for Tony Shepard. He had a spot in GM High Tech with the fastest LT1 ever...but he's also done some other combos that were power adder only. He should probably be runnin in Texas at San Antonio raceway somewhere in the low 9's or high 8's.

His spot was not for the Fastest LT1 ever. He's the shooting for the fastest Nitrous LT1 car. Fastest is Bick Rick

The record is::::::
11.3 @ 116 mph Pat Gish, 96 Impala SS
That is the LT1 Impala SS with "bolt-ons" and power adder record. What is the F-body record?
The motor is stock but the heads have 1.6 rockers and valve spring upgrades. Some might not call rockers "stock" or "bolt-on" but ya gotta draw the line somewhere so those items are allowed in my neck of the woods.

My mistake. And yes, probably low 11's, high 10's. My point however is that he has run numerous other combinations including, if i remember right, an almost stock app. with just bolt ons and big spray. Sorry about the confusion bud.

Aren't you still struggling to hit 12's with mostly full bolt ons? Not trying to be a dick but I think you might need a new combo before you go for any records.

100% only thing i had done was hooker headers, underdrive pulley, 30# injectors, airfoil, and some nitrous...
and of course the drivetrain to support it.

I think the record for F-Body is 10.8x. There was a discussion about this during the winter where someone was shooting for it and missed it by a smidgen.

Hmm... Stock stall, trans, and rear are kind of inhibiting.
