Iowa Fastest Cars?

Well guys like i was saying at porkys my car was falling flat after 5800 or so and didnt seem to have the power it should...I think i found the problem today.
I guess I should've got an after market CAI instead of the stock box and a fram filter. It was pulling so much air it tried to inhale my air filter lol, so I think ill order a morosa intake tomorrow.
The car is A LOT faster now.

OK, I'll start it, in this post...
PM me your track times & a brief rundown of your set up & I'll add you to this list. Once we have something, I'm sure we can get it stickied.
I know there are other Iowa members that don't post in this thread & have fast stuff, if you talk to them, put them in touch with me.
List Requirements:
-You have to currently own the car & have the current set up, no past records will be posted.
-Car must be LSx powered, no exceptions.

My dads car(OldSkoolRcR) allso went 10.39 @ 131 on a small shot and pump gas, it is allso a forged 347.

Both of those cars are A3s right?Everyone needs to post up, then we can get a Fastest 25 sticky like the other states...We have fast enough stuff that we can share with everyone...I'm going to add a few details next to everyone's entry...

I need to dig out my old time slips and get the exact info, it's nothing stellar but it will be the first time I have been on a list that I actually wanted to be on.
BTW: There is a car show in Altoona tomorrow for those interested, it's at Centenial Elem., it's there first one but should be a decent show. Google for additional info.
Looks like the weather is suppose to hold out until late afternoon so all should be clear.

Nice to see you on here to bud, need to hook up at a show this year and give them another run down the ole' bypass my son still talks about that day.
He is working on his 89 GMC p/u, we just met with Gary Overland up in your neck of the woods and had him start on a nice little 383 stroker for the kid. He's a chip off the old block as he will def. be putting a bottle to it.

Andy I think I saw you by Jordan Creek mall tonight around 7:30ish or so. Saw a Red SS pulling into by Dillards. Probably didn't see me as I was in the GTP.
