Tony didn't even brake boost against the TA (its not a ws6!ha) like he did against Jake. I'm assuming the race was from a 40

However, that RX7 is SIIIIIIIIIIIICK. And it's still on pump gas, it's built for E85 but he keeps blowing out the spark on his LS2 truck coils at high boost
That's odd, there's ProMod cars running 60 psi of boost and making over 3000 hp on those coils. I would think something else is wrong, not the coils.

******* TA is no ways near 700 rwhp, I think your right, stock with blower, he probably bought it that way someone told hime a bunch of ****, and he doesnt know any better
I gotta agree. My old LT1 may be more towards the 650 ish RWHP level, but NOT 700 RWHP+ and when you were behind me and Massey that one time on your bike it was not anything like you and the T/A.

There is what power the car has, and how fast it actually runs, and then there are people and their claims of BS...

Default Hey Beaver...

Did you see the newspaper...Justin Stuckey got 18 months federal penn, and has to pay $2million in restitution for his shady loans he did under Maxim Mortgage. BUT its only something like $500 a month, and they are waiving all fees/interest on the $2million..

that sucks...when I met him he seemed like a nice guy.

On the upside, I have a 18 year old moving to Ft. Wayne to go to IPFW, met her on the internet...when she was 17, she said she was dating a 47 year old....she is allready broken in!! God, her parents are really going to miss her....

Just talked to Brian @ LME. The 4.030 coated, nitrous pistons from Wiseco are backordered. We decided to go with 4.005 bore instead. That'll make a 402. He also said they'll be assembling the motor the week after next. Still getting the info on fuel system and cam profile from Joe. Nate said he'd start the engine removal next week.

The RX7 has a built and ported motor and a T78 turbo. Believe it or not, the car actually kicks *** from a dig as well. He's got high mileage all season tires on it now and can still work the car and get it to hook up decent.

I also went back and looked at what his problems were with his igntion. He's not blowing out the spark but actually frying the coils themselves. He originally had LS1s, then switched to LS2s, then switched to the truck coils. The truck coils have been somewhat better on the pump gas tune. Also keep in mind that rotary's fire a leading and a trailing spark plug 3 times per rotation and he revs to 9000rpm. Here's the link to the thread where they talk about his issues. I said the exact same thing you guys are:

It's still progressing nicely. Blake's been working his magic (along with putting up with my crap ) and I've been doing my best not to screw stuff up (and stay out of Blake's way ) Interior is 90% in, electrical what nots are just about done, rear suspension has been removed, bead blasted, and reinstalled (minus the hubs which just put ARP studs in and will be getting new bearings), front suspension has been removed, and I just bead blasted it today at work, so that will probably go on tonight. Still need to build the Ford 8.8" IRS diff and finish assembling the axles, finish the down pipe, run all the oil and vaccum lines, build the cold side, build the cooling system, build the fuel system, build all the brake lines etc etc I'm sure there's tons of stuff I'm forgeting. It's not to far off from being able to start it but WAY far from being driveable

His name is Jeff. It's a forged 346 with dart heads, fast 92, upgraded fuel,
d1sc @ 12psi. Epp did the tuning and engine work. last I herd it put down around 650whp w filter on, 700whp w/ out the filter. His problem is the tranny is still stock and it don't shift for **** under any kind of power. He was granny shiftin it badly. No he didn't buy the car modded, bought it bone stock. It's the TA that use to be cam, headers, gears, that raced kenny's old procharged c5 about 4yrs ago.

Yeah I checked the radar all day and watched the storm come over from chicago. It never seems to fail. Can't make the rain date. I'll be in indy for the preseason colts game.

Going to try again on wednesday for test and tune night if anyone is interested. Probably be leaving around 4:15

What does granny shifting an automatic mean exactly? And if it's a T56, what does power have to do with it shifting?

And WTF does he have on for an air filter that cost him 50 wheel HP (that's ~70 crank horsepower)?

Not saying it's not 700 RWHP, but both of those things make absolutely no ******* sense to me.

M6 right? Look what I put in bold, the driver is in charge of the shifting. Not trying to be an ******* but my guess is... since i've never even heard of the pewter TA until a few weeks ago, the owner never drives it so he simply sucks at driving a manual. Just guessing. I'm definetly NOT the best M6 driver but either he sucks at driving it or its only about 520ish rwhp. M6 or not, look at his mods... he also has Bogarts, dumped true duals, and a Moser rear. When I saw the damn thing I expected it to be a very very fast car.
