Are there any Holloman AFB/White Sands Missile Range/Alamogordo people interested in doing few poker runs this summer?
Basically looking for FBodies and Vettes to do a mountain run or two to the casinos/Ruidoso/Sun Spot ect.
Just trying to gauge interest...

Yes, I live in Alamogordo, stationed at Holloman. Currently deployed.
I drive a 2002 SOM SS (Wide wheels and shaved door handles).
I've been at Holloman for almost 4 years now and would like to put a club together along with some Cruces people. Back in 2004 we did a couple of poker runs. It was a blast.
I love doing mountain runs and meets in larger cities.
Let's see what we can put together.

I'd be down. Getting new cam and Short throw shifter for Christmas. I remeber meeting you modified at the car show in July. Your car is awesome looking. When do you get back from deployment?

Thanks for the compliments and what car do you drive Nite_Hawk?
I get back in Jan and cannot wait to see the wife then work on the car during R&R.
Adding/doing the following to the car when I get back.
PRC LS6 Stage 2.5 CNC Ported Heads with double gold springs
Magic Stick V.4 239/242, .649"/.609" Camshaft 112 LSA
F.A.S.T. LSX 90mm Intake & P.T.M. 90mm Combo
TSP LS6 Ported Oil Pump
ASP Harmonic Balancer Crank Pulley
SLP 85 mm MAF - Going to descreen it
Texas Speed & Performance Chromemoly 7.40" Pushrods
Meziere Water Pump
Powerflow Fuel Rails
Going to tune it Hptuners VCM Suite
Along with the mods I have now and all the additions It should push the car to somewhere around 520 RWHP and 450lbs TQ. Perfect for the moutains.
When I get it tuned to well I'll get it dynoed.
If you need help with the cam swap I'll give you a hand after I do mine.
I don't suppose you would be interested in an LS6 intake and a ported 78mm MAF?![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Here are a few pics from that show.

Nah...unfortunately i have a LT1. I'm working on making it a lil quicker. When it blows...I'll looking into doing a built motor w/a supercharger. Until then, i'll keep it somewhat tame. In july, i was installing my Lt's and exhaust.

Thanks. I know those numbers are very high but are attainable.
500+ hp is not a hard number to reach nowadays on a 346 with the rich h/c and bolt ons and decent valvetrain setup.
I always hope for the worse anyway.
