track prep? seams they both started losing around the same point. maybe a liquid or something on the track? i bet they both ran faster times than any one on this board even with the crash...thats the really scary part

Tracks need to get their act together on the prep. Lots of money was lost here, and even worse, it could have been someone's life. Someone needs to take some responsibility for stuff like this, two professional cars, losing it at the exact same spot on the track, both flinging off to the same direction, is hardly a coincedence.

jeeeze...i've never seen that before. that's really got to suck. track prep seems to be the culprit to me too.

it looks like the track was wet on the sides. Guess thats why it's race at your own risk.

Was there, think a lot of the factors played into it. The track was very cold so there were traction problems on & off during the day and there was a slight crosswind. Both got out of groove, both could of lifted but didn’t till it was a little too late. It could have been worse but glad all ok. There is a nether vid going around & pics but I can’t get to it from work or I'd post it for yall to see too.

tt frankie this afternoon and he is already on the way to st.louis in order to find out the extent of the damage. Car actually looked okay-body was destroyed of course. He said he felt his car is too top heavy and that was why it flipped!! As one of my customers I wish him the best and look forward to seeing him at the track soon !!!

holy **** i was there too! i just pulled up outside the fence by the scoreboards and watched like 2 races (coming home from baytown and made a little pitstop), i diddnt see this though!

the guy that was originally in the right lane saved his **** like a champ that coulda got NASTY! it was about to flip and it looks like he either hit the wall or the other car, and it sat back down on its wheels. it woulda been really bad if they would have hit that truck headon!
