The racers deserve it... but writing up a ticket for EVERYONE is ridiculous. There is no way to prove that they had anything to do with the racing. I probably would have parked my car and walked away. If they left a ticket just say I was parked there for awhile. Assuming there is even a parking spot.

Guys, that looks like south philly down by the docks which operate 24-7 unloading and reloading cargo ships etc. You can see all the tractor trailors there by the warehouses. The problem is, that the streetracing started to become a spectator sport and started to interupt the businesses there. The cops would regularly just come, turn on their lights and disperse the crowd, but it didn't stop them from returning, sometimes the same night.
So the city finally decided to crack down on them and hand out tickets to everyone down there. I say good for the 'innocent' people just watching. Street racing isn't a spectator sport so they deserve what they got.
If you want to street race, be smart about it, not that I'm encouraging you to break the law, but do it so that you are minimizing the impact on other people.

nice escape plan, who thought that up, the "A" team......they got what they desreved by doing it in the city like that, go out in the country, or to the track. I'm guilty of street racing from time to time, but not w/ 500 people around, that's just asking to get busted.

y not just take the ticket and fight it in court... i gaurentee all the tickets they wrote that night were dropped in court with the fact that there is no way to prove who exactly was racing..
