Any info on CAMN HAWK(Tom Volkos) Sent him payment for item on sept 4th and have not heard back.Can't beleive someone would go through the trouble for $20.

Re: Any info on CAMN HAWK(Tom Volkos) I bought was going to buy a ground effect off of him, sent him a money order, and when he was parting out the car, he noticed it was damaged. He contacted me about this, and offered a refund or sell it at a reduced price.
I chose a refund, and he sent me my money back.
I got my money back.
I sent him $62. and got it back.

Re: Any info on CAMN HAWK(Tom Volkos) I mailed him a money order on 8/18 for a PS rack, engine harness, and fuel pump/sending unit. On 8/28 he e-mailed and said he got the money order. I have not heard from him since. I have probably sent 10 e-mails and a couple PM's. He will not respond. I understand that takes time to part his car out. I can deal with that. He could freakin respond and let me know what's up. I will give him more time before taking any kind of legal action. Pro Stock John knows him personally and said he saw him at the track last weekend and that he will call him and see what is up.

If I have not heard from him by the end if this week, Either my parts or my money is on it's way, I'm filing mail fraud charges. We will let a judge decide then. I have the reciept for the cashiers check and his e-mail saying he recieved it on August 28th. It will have been 6 weeks by the end of this week since he e-mailed me and said he got the cashiers check by mail.
