Fenix999....2 Months and no bracket

Fenix999....2 Months and no bracket I bought and paid for an alternator relocation bracket from Albert (Fenix999 on the boards) on March 4, 2009. It is now May 3, 2009 and I haven't received my bracket let alone a date when I will get it. I opened a paypal claim but it was closed since it was after the 45 day window from purchase (Albert kept telling me he was going to deliver so like an idiot I waited). Since I paid with a direct transfer from my bank account, I can't file a claim with my bank either (they only cover transactions for 30 days). It's a real shame that I had to post this since I heard he make a great bracket. At this point I just want my money back. I really hope he reads this and explains himself because 2 months is not acceptable. I also hope others read this before they make a purchase with him. The kicker is I was going to order some turbo parts from him as well. I'm glad I didn't. Now I'll have to go and buy a Speed Inc. kit so I can get my car running (which I should have done from the start). Lesson learned.

sorry to hear you still dont have your bracket. i believe that he was trying to scam me, but got scared because he knew i had all of his info/home address/DL # ect....even though i got my money back, i politely asked if he was honestly making the turbo kit and if not i dont mind just buying h/c in which he said he really was going to finish making it and call me when its done. to this day ive yet to receive a call to get my turbo kit and gave up a few weeks ago and purchased a prc 2.5 ls6 heads/tsunami cam combo. he's a shady piece of **** which you can see and good luck with getting your bracket.
