I get a slight thump noise in the rear end of my car.
Once again i am driving a 96 T/A.
The thump comes when I take a hard turn.
When I take a ahrd right I will get the thump but if I take another hard right after that nothing, but if I take a hard left after that I get the thump again.
I think somthing is sliding but I am not sure. I cannot find anything loose from where I was looking.
Sound seems to be in passenger rear end but i'm not 100% sure.
If anyone can tell me what they think is going on i'm all ears.

How bad is that problem if that is what this is?

Mine bumped like you describe after I greased it (a
Hotchkiss aftermarket one w/ zerk fittings) and forced
the mounts apart a bit. I just had to dog down the nut
& bolt again.
Put the rear wheels up on ramps, lie under the back end
and push the body left & right. As it hits the limits listen
for clicks and clunks in the undercarriage. Some will come
from the wheels but listen for stuff up above and follow
the sounds down to anything that looks tightenable.

This is a picture of where your pan hard bar is. Yours probably looks a little different becasue mine is aftermarket.
