Well I doubt I make it to the track on the 6th. I'm gonna hopefully be home from work by the 3rd & finish up my car to make it to hpp for a tune by the 12th...
Then again I may come out just to show my support & drink a few beers...

I'll be there god I miss this track. I was the Junior Dragster track champion there 4yrs in a row . I heard something about there being a car show or something the same weekend at the track? Maybe I was just hearing things

The car show is the 7th. Its the "how ya ridding" car show and if your not into candy paint, huge wheels, and loud systems i wouldnt recomend you going lol.

so what all you have done to the car? i saw the fiberglass hatch, Convo pros, and i knew you were spraying some of the runs. You still running the 4l60e? what kind of converter? what did you break anyway that day?

i bought it with most all of that done to it but its got a h/c (about the first set of aftermarket heads they made for an ls1 and a 228 t-rex cam), home made air intake, 90mm fast and nick williams tb, and lots of weight reduction thats all i can think of right now for the motor, i was told it only dyno's about 400-410 RWHP but i never done it.

the car was built (forged 347) to take a 250 shot easy but that day i was only running a 150 wet plate kit, that was the first time i ever sprayed that car.

i still have the 4l60e with a yank ss3600 with 3.42s in the rear with a 26' tall tire. im still not sure what broke because i was leaving the next day to come back to florida and didn't have a chance to pull it apart (ill probably regret that later) but i think it just blew the head gasket. ill be home soon to fix it but i got another car to run till its back up and running.

I'm not sure whether I'm going to be able to make it or not. Kate is REAL pregnant. She's not scheduled for delivery until June 29th, but it could happen as soon as the 10th. I'm not sure how comfortable she (or I for that matter) will be about my being an hour from Shreveport; probably intoxicated. I expect plenty of text messages about previously mentioned *** whoopings.

well we can all understand your situation, I know everyone wishes you and Kate the best. As far as the *** whoopin well everyone better have their game faces on bc Im sure its gonna be crowded and we might not get but a couple passes to settle any previous scores. Me, I will be there for fun and hope to get a pass or two, but if you line up against me Im not taking it easy on anyone. Win or lose Im running 100%. Maybe i can catch Josh D sleeping at the line again, that was fun, ah what the hell lets watch it on youtube again

I'm saving you ALL from a *** whoopin! I'm holding off until i get all my stuff lined out on the car. Wife will be gone with the kids along with the other daily driver that week,so if i break something im F**CKED without a ride but then again i may not break anything and run fine all night.........nah! im not that lucky
