Old Setup
4L60E , 200hp , 6months of pure abuse ( 4 track passes and god knows how many street races and just spraying it to spray it )

New Setup
TH400 , Built to withstand spraying through shifts

I spray through my stock 4L60E Don't know how long it will stay together with the Nitrous but it has a few hundred 1/4 mile drag strip passes on just the motor.

Same here. I never knew there was any other way. Seems kind of dumb to not spray through the shifts. Add a T56 to that list for me...and some ford trannys too.

I'm assuming this is for the auto guys only? Reason being, is I don't see the need to spray through the shift on the T56, especially if you have a good controller for your nitrous.

How would you spray thru the shift on a 6 speed? Please try it, and let me know how it goes...

power shifting^^^^....my nitrous is on a wot switch...if you aint spraying thru the shifts you are leaving e/t and mph on the table...the kit iput onmy cobra had a window switch and i didnt like it so now its activated off awot switch only and the t.a has always been on a wot....

just get a good cooler on the 60e and dont do alot of hot lapping and it will last along time, spraying thru shifts...
