So basically just do your whole top end of your motor and while that is being done we need to find you an ls6 intake and have your tb ported and polished and then let wong man tune it!!!! Lets have an SS h/c swap party!!

Depends what your budget allows. You can find stock untouched LS6 heads pretty cheap these days, like $250-350/pair but then you'll need better valvesprings, so add 170.00 or so. Those heads flow good and with that MS3 cam, should be good for 410-415+ at the wheels on a good tune and M6. Step to some CNC ported LS6 heads and they will already have good valvesprings. Those heads should be at 440-450 rwhp with that cam. If you have someone port your stock heads it'll cost 300-500.00, you'll be down for awhile, plus you never know how they'll perform until they're on the car. If it were me, I'd keep on eye out for some used CNC ported heads, or just buy new CNC'd heads. TSP has some killer deals, and for the price, it's hard to do any better IMO.

Hey Brandon, do you remember about what RPM you were going through the traps at last year and what gear you were in? I'm trying to decide what rearend gear ratio to go with, but I don't want to be over-revving the engine or shifting to 5th at the big end of the track. Just trying to get an idea since we're pretty close power wise.

There is more to speed than a flow number on a head.

For a few bucks more I can put you into some AFR's

I'm doing a GP with them

Stock 10 bolt with 3.42's currently, but looking at gears for the 9 inch. I used a calulator and looks like 3.89's are a good choice.... for now.
