Like Phil mentioned, the rain beat us out. Although I did take Tyler for a quick ride to feel the new cam. Other then that it was a bust!

Now that I think about it you are right...it did start to rain here by us until around 3. It just looked nasty early in the AM and nobody wanted to chance it.

Tim picked up his engine last week (complete pan-to-throttlebody) and I think he's going to install it this weekend if everything goes as-planned. He wants me to build him a custom y-pipe so I might be working on that this weekend or early next week.

As for power, I think it should be making right around 400 at the wheels with the heads he got and that torquer cam. Hard to say with that stall converter though.... those things eat the power on the dyno's but they make up for it at the track.

I'd rather have it sit in the garage then get it filthy and the power these cars make with bolt ons .....= getting sideways and wrenching.

yeah, you guys with 315's might have trouble but good wet tires and 245's let me plow passed basically everyone without any fear of hydroplaning unless I wanna slide around.

I have 275's. It's more of a I don't want to drive my car in poor weather thing. It's too nice to be rallying in the rain. I've got a lifted Jeep for them winter months .

I've got 255's now on the six popper, stock size wheels. I can't help but wonder if it'll move on the street when I get this beast to breath life. 450+whp turbo six banger with a locker an skinny tires, hmm.... lol. When it spools it'll just kick out
