Gm called today and actually said "your between a rock and a hard place" and tried to tell me that I do not fall under the "lemon law complaint" even though that is not what I filled my complaint for so I called BBB and of course my case worker is gone for the day, but the person I spoke with said that my complaint isnt a lemon law complaint, and GM is wrong,, soooooooo. I guess I have to wait until tomorrow to get ahold of my case worker,,,, its not look'n good though. But I am even more pissed after talking to GM now,,,,, there customer service is ,,, I would much rather have a class action law suit against them, after talking with them!

Looks like lucky ol' me gets to deal with this as well...noticed my first sail panel bubble just this last weekend. I'm thinking there's a chemical engineer somewhere that should lose his job...

Oh, I forgot to mention that when I told the GM rep that this is a problem that thousands of people are having, she said that she has no records of any such complaints filed with GM,,,,, such bull

...which is why there's a technical service bulletin out for it, because absolutely no one has had this problem I'm sure she doesn't have any experience with this problem, but it certainly doesn't mean that it doesn't exist altogether. I love some people's logic...typical GM dealer bullshit. I vowed to never go back to one after they rebuilt my rear end 3 or 4 times because it was too noisy and replaced my transmission because it was a piece...

Great...that should make this process even better. I can't wait to get started on this claim...this little issue may be enough to keep my from buying another low-priced, performance GM car again.

Same thing I'm gonna do...take it to the local dealership with the service bulletin in hand. If they give me the run around, I'll take it to the next higher level. If I get shot down on that, I'll call the better business bureau and see if I can get some leverage through them.

GM should fix this mistake, and they know it. This was a flaw before I even thought about buying this car, and it has only manifested itself now. Since I couldn't have anticipated this, and I should have never had to worry about a freak problem like this, they need to pony up.

I'll be polite about it, but I will not roll over and let them screw me over. I'll take it as high as it needs to go...

Do you have the same problem with the sail panel 2001somws.6? I have the bubbles also and bringing 2 cars or more in Orlando should get their attention as well.

That Scott Summers guy has the same name as Cyclops from the Xmen

Mine aint that bad neather. So im getting it done before i get more miles and older. Before its to late.

And another thing. My girl drove me there and on her way back in the rain she made a turn and lost control and hit a huge curb and cost $60 bucks for a used rim and tire.

If they told me that the part never came in we would have never gone there.

Your's doesn't look bad because it's orange, I've noticed that the black sail panels show the bubbles the most.

My black 01 SS has always been garage kept and only has 21,000 miles, bubbles getting bad starting to ooze epoxy. GM customer service was real nice even sent a letter responding to my E-mail, but still refused, gonna try this other number above, will keep ya posted.
Which Maroone dealer is this? I'm in So. Fla and I was told to go to a Maroone dealer, by another dealer that did not have an in house body shop.
