All hot side (minus downpipe) is stainless, and everything is TIG welded. All cold side is welded, the only joints are where it connects to the intercooler, turbo, and throttle body.
Most boost I've ever ran is 15psi. Uses no oil. Maybe has a couple thousand miles at the most on it.
Was originally in my Nova with a stock 5.3L at 3640lbs went 10.30 @ 131. w/ 15 degrees of timing
Built this setup last summer (2009) with the same 5.3 went 10.6x@128 while spinning a rod bearing.
Currently its on a stock LQ4 , better converter, an LS6 cam and running on E85 and 25 degrees of timing. The engine has a noise in it so Im taking it all apart. It is an animal compared to the 5.3, It spools instantly and pulls way harder. I never had it to the track because of the noise, im sure its capable of mid-high 9's.
It is complete and together and if anyone needs a demonstration that it works i'd be more than happy to take you for a ride.
Modifications that need to be made to the car are:
-slight modification to radiator support
-Aftermarket radiator tucked in radiator support (re-use factory fans)
-Alternator relocation bracket
-removal of washer reservoir, bumper support, bumper foam.
Things you need that Im keeping:
-oil lines to turbo
$3000. Janesville, WI.
I have a million pics also, here are a few.

Here is the build thread back when it had the 5.3 in it.

Also if you have a 99 f-body w/ a manual, TH350, Th400, I can rewrite your PCM to HP Tuners 2 bar for free and give you either the tune I had in the 5.3, the 6.0 on gas or E85. FREE.
Also I will thrown in a stock K-member that I notched for the 3.5" exhaust.

Its a large frame 68mm. Ive read the specs are the same at a garrett GT42
It would make 700-800whp no problem and spool instantly.
You can send it in to forced inductions and put different wheels on it and get 1200hp out of it.

Will the charge pipe be able to clear the downpipe/turbine side if using a standard ls6 intake?

Also - I could have the charge pipes powder coated satin black, gloss black, or textured black after I take them off at no additional cost if someone wanted that.
