1998 T/A- no injector pulse after LQ4 swap

I have had zero luck figuring out why I have no injector pulse after swapping my LS1 for a LQ4 after the LS1 oil pump decided to check out. I had all sorts of issues after the swap. No fuel pressure. Disables my vats through the resistor method, then the bypass and then the HP tuners vats removal... anyway, after plugging in several files, I now have 55 lbs at the fuel rail and zero I do mean zero injector pulse. CHecked with several noid lights? Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Check all of the grounds on the harness.

Engine ECM will not inject fuel until it passes the VATS check. Why are you messing with VATS? It all worked before the swap, right?
Check that injectors are wired properly. Injectors get battery power with key in the ON and CRANK positions. The engine ECM grounds the injector when it wants to send fuel. Check that there is 12V at the power pin for the injectors. Then disconnect the battery from the car, and check wire continuity of injector grounds back to engine ECM.
I'm not sure if this is the case with stock ECM, but my Holley EFI will not inject fuel until there is pattern lock of both cam and crank speed sensors. The crank sensor can report speed, but the cam sensor is required to know whether engine is on intake or power stroke.

VATS allows starting and running for 2-3 seconds. It sounds like his isn't getting to that point.
