Laguna Seca Has anyone here gone to laguna seca, do they do events where you can drive around it or race around it, anything like that? I did not see anything on there site but that you can rent it per day, which is out of my price range. Anyone going to see the le mans race this year?

I live in Monterey, and I can tell you it is EXTREMELY pricey to race around it even with a club. Ive heard prices as low as 300$ per car when you have a club to distribute the cost. The cheapest time year round is Cheries Jubilee. They take all the classic cars around and you can take 2 laps around the track for 15$. You are technically supposed to CRUISE, but if you give the person ahead of u enough cushion, you can test your skills on the turns. This track is VERY exciting and dangerous

I'l be at LeMans this year! I missed my chance to see it here in Italy, but i'll be home for LeMans at Laguna Seca. If you get any luck with the Porsche or Lotus clubs, lemme know, i'll join you!

i cant imagine anything better than destroying porshes on laguna seca.
