Default Pics - Street car w/ 315s x 4

After researching the tires and wheels section of this forum, people told me I could not do this.

I came here and folks told me to run 36 offset wheels in front.

Anyway, this was a great mod.

Thanks for the advice.

...well it has been a few weeks now since the tire/wheel mod.

I continue to really like the way the big meats on the front perform. Initially, I was concerned that the additional weight from the heavier tires and wheels would impact the handling.

Apparently, the BHD shocks are working well, so far. Anyway this car corners now like it is on rails.

Well, I gave this information to the Wheels Database Forum in the wheels and tires Forum above but they have not posted anything yet.

Wheels
Front: ZR1 Factory Reproduction 17x11x36 offset
Rears: ZR1 Factory Reproduction 17x11x50 offset

Tires:
Verdistein 315x35x17

Suspension:
Factory LE1 (SS) springs, HD Beilstein shocks, Adj Poly/rod, PHB, LCA, Sammie Sways x 2, C5 brakes.

Wheels merely bolted on; no rubbing - turns 100% right and 100% left - no issues.

I just wanted to say that is a totally awsome combo you have with the rims. Who is the company that has those rims though? I am looking at getting some black ones for my 95 TA, I do wanna go on the more economical as far as tires though with Sumitaros. I have a few bushings to replace before that though as the stock rubber ones kinda have gotten a little looser. Are they any grabbier than the 275s as far as truck ruts go. They look like they also fill the wells better than the 275s also. Other than that I think they look totally awsome.
