I'm not sure what you mean by window tuner but this diagram should cover most of what you're looking for. Below is a link to the instructions for the NOS Mini. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Default NOS mini controller

The little digital tuner for the controller. It has the two buttons with an SSD (seven segment display) for tuning. My apologies. Thx for the help. When this works with the improved time slips, We'll call your boss and tell him you deserve a raise!

Brandon,

I appreciate your help. Unfortunalely, it didn't work. Holley says that the controller only provides a ground for to trigger solenoids. Solenoids need their own voltage, ch1 (blue) just.provides a ground to complete the.circuit.

Another thing is that I.cant activate the relay to switch voltage according to diagram. 86 12volts present , ground to fpss not completeing circuit for voltage to be present at 87. I think I not wired correctly. Is there another combination I should try?

White to 12v arming

Relay:

Yellow to 87 on relay
Black gnd to fpss
Blue connects 12. Volts from arming, com on microswitch (12v present), 12v to controller.

Are you sure the Fpss is working? If you followed the diagram and it's not getting power to the solenoids, I would bypass the fpss and see if it works. If it does, you might have to adjust the fpss(be sure this is seeing pressure while you're testing it)

Default FPSS inpsection

I will ask to see if the FPSS is working correctly, I am not sure how it is installed on his vehicle.

Also, the Wht/BLu wire to controller, does it need a 12V voltage to activate the WOT switch in controller

Default FPSS bypassed

We by passed the FPSS and just used the normal ground. When I get home I will check to see if it worked again.

FPSS sucks, gave me fits. A new one didn't work either....They are all in the trash now. System works great.

Got it connected correctly. 15974 mini needed a ground to blue/white wire.

Default Diagram for my setup

All it needed was a ground input to the microswitch.Nos mini controller/ 15974 install hiccup-nosmini_with_wot_switch_and_purge_e718c2b5d7bea6c73a948eb10b7edb857e12e45b.jpg

After the burn out to warm the tires. He would stage his car.

When engaging the arming switch, providing 12v to Mini controller and pin 86 on relay connecting path of 12V from the battery to pin 30 to 87 to solenoids.

Mini controller is activated to allow programming to function with "r r" on LED display. Tach set at 2 seconds after WOT engaged.

The dry run was a success! We moved the vehicle out in to the street for safety reasons, Cranked motor to norm op temp. Went over safety plans. Opened the bottle up, purged to ensure enough was at the throttle body.

motor was at 2500 to 3000 RPM, WOT was engaged and 2 seconds later the engine increased as the nitrous and fuel mixture was being supplied RPM's inceased significantly. We were pleased. Now off the the track for testing.
