Im not too familiar with the mods for the 3 and 4v modular motors. I know that you didnt have a built motor, but some of the other posters lurking in this thread have them. Im simply stating that its kinda silly to compare the two motors mod for mod and saying something like well if my 281 was more like a 347 or 351 I would have no issues. Quite obviously there are some really sick motors that FRPP and SVT and w/e performance groups there are that make high performing engines. But we are still just talking about what the OP had in the original comment. He had a bolt on ls1 with some suspension mods, and the mustang had a supercharged 3v with drag radials. The OP seemed to be laughing at the mans attitude after the race once he figured out that his supercharged mustang couldnt catch up to a bolt on ls1 that took off before him. Saying something like ET wins the match only really applies to serious racers. This race was done on a friday night at a local track where they call it Grudge nite and Street legal nite. We have our military guys racing out here with their Flak helmets in their toyota corrollas for crying out loud. We just have a good time and race each other.

then maybe you should read the thread again an see how many time i said that my bolt on car is not that fast, and that mustangs can be fast and how i can appreciate the time and work that goes into making any car fast, and i never made an excuse for anything, then maybe you can come back with an intelligent post that makes you look like you have a short term memory and are not a idiot.

 

You forgot to add in this post that you think the LS1 mod for mod is a better platform than any Mustang. I'm suprised you let that slip by, you've been bitching it for the past day pretty regularly.

If he was there to do HIS thing and get HIS time he sure in hell wouldn't be asking about someone elses car. As for calling out 02 wife I can understand the frustration of some of the people that called him out but call him out with a car that's close to being equal to his and shut him up that way. Beating him with a more powerful car will only give him more excuses he could use which would be legit excuses. I don't like it when people want to race a car where there is a large advantage between the two cars. I know that anything can happen but at the track if your car is set up right it's probably going to run right at the track therefore killing the car that has less mods, power, etc. Just my 2 cents lol.

My car is is close to his? Actually in all honesty he has more money in mods to his car than I do. I have nothing to hide. All I have done is k/n filter, o/r-x pipe, 4.10's and 100 shot. The motor and everything else is completely stock... A H/C/I and stalled ls motor should beat mine especially for having more mods done to it than I do...
