followed a plumb crazy challenger r/t through town today. the only mods i know of was a nice sounding exhaust. i have an opened up exhaust, cone filter, and heat wrapped cross over. we both dipped onto the interstate and i heard him mash the gas. i did the same and gave chase. i was pulling on him pretty good when he hit the brakes. i say there was about 7 car lengths between us when he mashed it and there was only 2 when he hit the brakes. unsure how hard he was running but it sounded like he went WOT.

So on an even race, an LS4 would put 5 cars on an R/T? I find that hard to believe but **** happens out there. Maybe the autos are turds. Even if they are, and the weight, still doesn't add up.

What happened to your arms? Must be small classes you teach.

Seems to me like a R/T and your GXP should be very evenly matched, so maybe he wasn't WOT or got out of it then back in it. So many variables on the street.

Why didnt you line up with him again? Get a legit race?

Read it again people. Last line says unsure how hard he was running. Tried to get hime lined up again but it looked like his girl was yelling at him from the passenger seat. It will happen again I've seen him around before. Unsure what yr it was so hp rates are different but he is 600 lbs heavier with 2 people in the car vs 1 in mine. Am I correct saying the 1st yr they were out it was 350 hp and now its 375? Specs I'm seeing online are 13.9 - 14.2 1/4 depending on the test magaizne. I read 14.1 - 14.4 for my car.
