Quick question for Law and Fruity - has Ford created a factory NA motor in a production car that exceeds 500hp?

Keeping the argument simple: Why is the LS overwhelmingly used over the mod motor in drag racing, hot rod conversions, and overall street builds everywhere? A)Physical size B) ease of swap C) great bang for the buck D) durability E) All the above.

What does N/A have to do with anything when it comes to making power LoL a 427 dropping valves isn't what I'd run to but no Ford has never made a 500hp N/A production car



Has GM created a production motor to make what the Gt500 does?

I've never in my life stated a Mod motor is a better swap candidate than a LS not sure why that always gets thrown up just because I own a cobra and say mod motors are just as good of a platform as an LS LoL

And you sure do see a lot of LSx stuff in Fords why not just keep them in the F-bodies if they are such an awesome platform thats more a stab at GM than it is Ford really LoL

Rumor is the Cobra is supposed to be an N/A 500 HP car as well

I think it comes down to the owner and his interpretation of which is less WT. 3rd gen v Fox IMO the Fox is less WT. It's interior ages better as well. Neither are nice inside, but the fox being less angular looks better. Again just MO.
