It has as gooda chance taking it as your engine. Look around, 5.3's do it all the time. Stock bottom ls6 recently went 9.1.
You went a different route is all. You basically can't get a bolt-on n/a ford where I am until the new 5.0's. Besides how I did things was not just for drag racing.....I did what I did for overall performance.
No stock monsoon. I have almost changed it to a new info, dvd radio thing though.
Screw that.....I would much rather have irs.
Refer to above.

The difference between a 5.3 and ls6 bottom???? Coated pistons in a ls6. The ls6 bottom record was done with a centri blower. I don't think it's a 5.3 is stronger issue. It's a 5.3 is cheaper issue. Most use a ls6 cam.
The ls6 will flow more air than a termi.....hence it will make more power.
Blower speeds should be run at a optimal rate for it to be a fair comparison. From what I have seen it would not take as much boost for the ls engine to eclipse a 4.6 mod motor.
My estimate was a pure bullshit guess. But fore sure it will make more at equal boost levels.

Uneven road surfaces and I will take irs all day long. Irs will make more traction like it or not. Remember I do not consider drag racing a end all be all......and even so there are some pretty impressive drag racing irs **** out there these days.

it CAN run decent. yes it can. the point that was being made, is the b head cant compete on motor with c heads that stoppy runs.
H/C/I on pump gas can make 385rwhp with little torque. thats an all out effort, and hardly worth it.
i will never dyno the turbo without boost, but it is likely in the 280-290rwhp range. not much to brag about.
