I have. If anything, the car is on par with the gt500 in the turns. And if I bought it I'd be beating it up on the highway and the drag strip, not shipping it to the nurburgring

I've driven a fifth gen and a new mustang. The mustang feels nicer, and has better visibility.

The ZL flat smokes the gt500's in turns. The only thing that keeps the 13gt500 in the hunt on a road coarse is it's acceleration.
I have been in both too.....I see out of the 5th gen better and thought the 5thgen had a much nicer feel. Not as plasticy and it had more room. Flip the rear headrests up on the stang once......what a stupid feature.

Nope.......I'm goin by what I've seen and the results of the gt500 on this site.

I realize you do not want fair and comparable testing......which is why you discount the mag times and only want to use glory runs from people that you have no idea who they are.

The only thing that has kept my car out of the 10's has been the rear. The ZL has a huge rear.......problem solved. The rear problem is solved in my car now too . Still sorting it out a bit though......mostly nvh stuff. Seems to put power down pretty good even on a 28* day with normal street tires (nitto 555's)

Actually I think the ZL1 is a better built car. I know three guys with 13 GT500s and the problems they have had are unacceptable for a new car. However when the cars are not broke they will stomp a ZL1 stock to stock in the straights no matter what trans the Camaro has...

I actually recall Doug in person saying nice things about the 2013 GT500s when I was telling him how depressing it was to have a modded car with less power than a car with a warranty brand new stock.
