Lots = 1....that has now been solved. So tell me what ar your list of excuses for that big bad boosted furd only being .3 and .3mph quicker than a little n/a bolt-on ls6. I mean **** you can't even use the displacement crying we always hear about.

That's because it's not a better car......the gt500 is not as good as the ZL. What the gt500 does is accelerate faster in a straight line. For all of you that keep thrashing on the ZL.........remember it is faster by ALOT than ANYTHING ford has made until the 13 GT500. For as turdy as you want to believe the ZL is every car ford has made is vastly more turdy.

I'm not talking about the '13. It's the asinine statement he made about the ones before that. Hard to get good numbers out of stock? Sure. But that does not change the FACT that there have been MANY people who have run in the 11s with them stock, and more than a handful of people who have run as low as 11.2 with just a tire swap. But he wants to discount it because he hasn't seen it personally, which is 100% ridiculous.

LOL Ima have to side with you on this Irunelevens ( as much as I hate saying that :p ) with HIO saying the ZL is better than ANYTHING that Ford has ever made until the 13 gt500 thats a def false! the Ford GT is way better than the ZL1.

They have went 10's on a tire. At almost 130. The 13+ GT500 is best bang for the buck if not looking to mod or not looking to mod a lot. A simple tune alone picked up 50whp and 42wtq in a buddies. X pipe and tune made hair over 650whp. Add a TB/CAI and he can make close to 700whp. Add LT's and pulley and over 700whp pretty easy.

If I can make 700 hp with bolt ons, and run tens with a pair of tires, I'm buying a gt500 over a zl1. If I had either one, it would be no different that it is now, and right now I'm not carving exit ramps, or canyon roads and tracks. And I'm not heading to skid pads. I'm hauling *** in a straight line and doing burnouts which the gt500 does better. I can't complain about a cars interior or performance when I drive a fourth gen f body, and a late 90s suburban. I think I have the nicest interior offered in a fourth gen, and it's still comparable to a power wheels interior.

Pretty much. maybe 1% of people buying these cars are actually go to road course or such events. Every one is going straight. And Interior is plastic in both. I find the mustangs interior nicer then the camaro. As far as room neither have a backseat worth a ****. If want a back seat and muscle car buy a challenger. Or just buy a CTS-V. Hell the interior in the C6 sucks compared to the new mustangs. With and without recaros.

This is what Livernois charges to get a ZL1 into the 9s. From yesterday on C5.
