That is always true. But all things equal... 5.0 all day on FI

This
No it's not a fact. The engine that flows more air will make more power....that is the fact. So if the ls3 flows more air na then under pressure if ALL ELSE IS EQUAL it will create a larger gap. The only chance the coyote has is to run more boost or have a fuel for a hotter tune.

corvette sales dwarf pony car sales. Its not a high selling car and was never meant to. Mustangs have nothing on FI vettes anyway. Ford camp is always clear about it being underclassed

I wasn't aware the ls3 was only offered in the Corvette.

SLB to SLB, coyote is superior FI and ls3 gets the edge NA.

The 5.0 is not superior FI. I don't know what you're smoking

Just sipping on the truth koolaid. Apparently I need whatever barbiturates you're on.

The s197 Coyote even has been mid 8's on SLB with the same motor, trans, and rear that came in the car.

Find me an ls3 c6 or camaro that can say the same.

The only GM vehicle I know of doing 8's SBE with the same motor that came in the car was a H/C/I c6z on nitrous.

Interesting. The only 5.0 I know running 8s is on an aluminator with boss heads, a whipple AND NOS. Probably on its 7th throttle body

Google is your friend. C6Z is the only car to get it done with the same motor that came in the car from the factory SBE.

No wonder Mustangs are often compared to Corvettes

Hey, good find! Looks like we need to look to corvettes for the ls7 and the ls9 for FI stock capabilities, not the ls3 stuff

You're just proving my point about the coyote being better than the ls3 FI wise

LOL no you made the point that C6Z was the only one. Unfortunately for you, I provided two examples of how that point was incorrect.

To my knowledge it had only been that one dude's c6z, but hey, comparing an ls9 6 figure super car to a Mustang sure looks mighty good on the Coyote's part

You left out the 8 second pass from the ls1. So that makes a cheaper car doing what it did and a more expensive car doing what it did.

Makes the mustang a GM sandwich.

Did your google break trying to find an ls3 go quicker than 8.6@156 on the stock motor, or???

Must have, because you claimed there was only 1 corvette to break into 8s on stock bottom end. And you were absolutely 100% wrong.
