it's plenty big. Haven't you seen one? Bigger than a big block. Power density in one sucks. About 80lb heavier than a ls to boot. So what you end up with is a larger, heavier, less power more complicated engine. Only furd could do that.
#4342
question. Have you ever built a motor from scratch before?

Manual NA SBE 6gen went 9.9 at fall brawl. 138-139 trap iirc. Ported stock heads. Stage 3 pray no flycut cam. Car made 605 rwhp. They got the car together two days before lol
the dude says he’s coming for Texas speeds manual at 9.6. If he guts it will probably happen. Car is still relatively heavy and pretty basic setup

Have i assembled engines. Yup....built a nice little 406 a long time ago. Learned on that it's a pita to get all the machine work coordinated and finding someone you trust to do it. When you have a good friend that builds race engines and loves ls stuff you let him do it.
Have you ever raced???? Anything at all? Have you ever picked out a engine combo? Has your pansy *** hands ever touched oil? Fabbed up anything?? Changed cams or heads? Have you done anything besides run your bitch mouth?
Feel free to post any of it up....with proof of course cause you a little bitch.

no.....no one has "from scratch " unless they have all the equipment to do it to set/check all the clearances. Ssoooo....since you apparently don't know anything about the process you should be able to tell that it takes a complete machine shop to do one "from scratch "

Lol. Youre just jealous that there are so many Mustangs in this forum wayyy faster than you. Your only excuse is ‘im bolt on their boosted.’ Do something about it then... no wait nevermind.. boost will blow up that ls6 too LOL.. Coyote > your LS6

Actually ls6>coyotah. Never had a na coyotah run anywhere near me. I bet that breaks your **** filled heart. It would get real ugly for them as speeds increased. Major gap.....bigger than the one between your teeth.

For reference what is the fastest 6gen LT1/4 Camaro since that came out in 16? Ultra or King probably know. Should be one with the 10spd in the 8’s, IIRC.

But they haven’t gone 7s at that weight. Do you see how flawed that argument is? 6gen hasn’t been 7s at the weight either but that’s just because it hasn’t done it yet lol the fact of the matter is gm guys are still pushing ls and even old lt stuff because they are plenty capable, yes in street car stuff too. Sorry you ford guys are so late to the party.
Lt4 been well into 7s not in a camaro but in a Nova drag week car a while back. You and others probably seen it before just another Joe Blow doing his own thing.

Anyone else other than me here own a H/C C6Z, 16 Hellcat and 18 Mustang all with in 12 months? I love them all -
Everyone is pushing every platform, not an argument
The 18A10 that ran 8.13 will be in the 7s I’m sure either less weight or more boost or both most likely in the next 2 outings
What is the fastest 6th gen currently?

Stuff gets pushed harder today than what it did 10 or 15 yrs ago to. Way more shops...way more $$ involved.
And like i said before it's not because of the engines. I mean modulars are ****. Save for a termi motor and the gt100 engines they're absolutely junk in comparison to ls or even old lt stuff for power hold and simply no match in na power.
The coyotah is mutch better. But it's not making any more power .....in fact it makes less power in comparison to the series of sbc engines. What it has had at times is weight and gearing advantages. Transmission strength has come a long ways. No more 4gen 10bolts either. Fuel and fueling management is far superior to what a old 4gen was for example in this new stuff.
Tire technology and even more important chassis technology had gained enormous advances. So may remember me arguing with bitey and others about irs > sra........well look the **** around. I called that **** eehh.....lol
So now we have better chassis in more ways than 1, better gearing, more gears, transmission that will hold the power.
On top of that power adder technology has come greatly improved. But alot of still isn't enough to feed a ls/lt properly or should i say efficiently. That offends furd guys. But who in there right ******* mind puts the same booster on a engine that's making 400ish whp as one that should be nearing 550whp?
So it really isn't so much as the coyotah being that great as it more that gm guys being very slow to respond to changes.

Btw....at the track with phill the other week seen a supposedly stock base 5br0 a10 car run a 11.98@119.xx in -1500ish da.
While the 2 other m6 5br0s struggled to make it to the 12s and struggled to trap 110.
A boosted one ran like 10.2@138.
This was at mir on a track rentle.
A stock trackhawk went like 11.5.

Do not get me started on local Coyotards down here in Florida....most are check book racers that could not change a sparkplug. They are funny to outrun.

Are you ignorant to think people are pushing 6gen stuff? How did our very own Pray take off like a rocket ship and still carrying the aftermarket out of his home garage lol guy deserves props really
Back to A10 coyotard again. It hasn’t gone 7s at 3800lb. Ls has tho. Do you think lt is a step back from ls stuff? 6gen chassis a step back too?
Ultra and Kinglt probably know better than me on fastest 6gen. Maybe 8.6-8.8?
