Default 1" lowering springs

Who makes them for 4th Gen F-bodies that will lower the car ABSOLUTELY NO MORE than 1"? I want to drop mine about that much, and that's it.

(1)
Koni SAs with factory springs on the lower spring seat perch up front for around 3/4" lowering, then do the "hose mod" in the rear for around 1/2"-3/4" lowering.
(2)
Or you can get some SLP level 2 lowering springs for around 1/2" lowering, Frt. & Rr..
(3)
GroundControl front adj. ride height kit, for the rear the "hose mod."
(4)
GlobalWest front adj. ride height kit (the best kit), and for the rear the :hose mod".

I think the new BMR springs are around 1.2 inches now. You'd have to get your hands on an old BMR set.

My Hotchkiss were spot-on advertised -1" drop at
all 4 corners. But an dead-even drop makes for a
dragging-*** appearance. I gave my rears to a local
guy with Eibachs (same problem only lower) and the
Hotchkiss rears gave him a better rake.

The SLP Eibachs that were a "factory" option were
about -3/4".

Are you just going for looks or what? Those are rated for a 1.2" drop BTW.

Yeah, just for looks, but I'd still like to be able to SOMEWHAT have the ability to slide my floor jack under this thing without having to drive up on blocks first. LOL

Would an extra .2 inches really kill you? Can you really notice it?

I'm not made of money (especially after I just dropped a load of it on my new wheels/tires), so I'm not doing different struts/shocks/coilovers.

You can use your stock rear springs without the rubber isolator. Just slip heater hose over the top coil.

for looks and quality I would go with strano's... they are a little less than 1" but I think they look better than the hotchkis which are rated at 1"... I think strano's are rated at 1.2"

take your pick of springs that are just over 1" drop....then install the 1/2" spacer from BMR on the front and fab a spacer for the rear.

that's what i plan to do.

I did the lower mount on my Koni SA's and the hose mod on the rear with stock springs and mine is higher in the front for sure. I guess I'll have to put the isolator back in or go with Hotchkis. My issue is I drag my driver side cat if it's too low like my LT1 Eibachs were.
